As the whole world celebrates this year World Environment Day, a non-governmental organisation, Eleven Eleven Twelve Foundation is set to organise a day symposium to address the environmental challenges in Nigeria and Africa at large.
The “Beat Air Pollution” symposium which is aimed at discussing the menace of air pollution and how to proffer a lasting solution to it is billed to hold at Lagos Hall, Ibadan Business School, Awolowo, Bodija, Ibadan on Tuesday, June 11, 2019.
This was confirmed in a press release made available to Tribune Online by the foundation’s Team Lead, Oladipo Damilola.
It stated that “the symposium is set to analyse Air Pollution in its entirety by engaging stakeholders within the environmental and waste management sector, the medical sciences, the educational sector, industrial and manufacturing sector, individuals and advocacy groups and the government.
It stressed further that the event is hoping to ignite people, groups, companies, schools and the government to make concerted efforts to Beat Air Pollution.
