Popular entertainment stylist and personal shopper, Kingsley Okorie, has declared himself as Nigeria’s best stylist at the moment, describing his style as one that many entertainers have found to be their favorite.
Speaking in an interview with R about the joy of being rated one of the best in the country, he recalled how his career into shopping and styling began some years back with passion and dedication, adding that while he has remained committed to his game, staying relevant comes with giving people what they desire.
With top entertainers on the list of his clientele, the light-skinned stylist who is popular as Klingsman Trends said since his started styling people professionally in 2015, he has watched his clients grow from a small group of people to what he now describes as a community of people.
Asked how he discovered his talent, Kingsley said while being talented is good, it may not be enough to stay afloat when things don’t go the right way. “I discovered my passion for fashion and making others look immaculate from a young age and I have been consistently providing bespoke fashion advice, choosing and coordinating outfits and also knowing how to accentuate the positive attributes of the people I dress.”
He added that his duties as a personal includes his ability to provide guidance and to offer advice and knowledge of the best style and trends that my clients may need. It is a lot of work placing orders, assisting with collection and ensuring safe delivery of my products to clients but I am glad that things are looking up,” he said.
