Dear Yemisi,
I have noticed that whenever I have sex with my wife, the sperm never gets in to her, but goes outside her vagina.
Please, what is the problem?
Worried Man, 0*03**6****.
Dear Worried Man,
I am not equipped to answer this question of yours. You will be saving your wife’s expectation of you as a healthy man by telling her the need for the two of you to see a medical doctor for an answer.
For how long have you been married? Have you any child? The problem might not be the way you have envisaged, the solution might just be the need to adjust your sex pattern/style, but I don’t want to dwell much on what I have no say on.
Do not delay your acting on this advice because of the urgency it requires. It is an issue that should not be dismissed with just a wave of the hand.
For your visit to the doctor to be meaningful, I say it again that this is not the time to command your wife to go and see a doctor, but the time for the two of you to see this issue as one that needs the two of you for prompt diagnosis.
Don’t embark on any self treatment as your case might not necessarily require one.
