The delegates of Oko Descendants Association has revealed plans of a high octane celebration to mark the installation of the new Oloko of Oko, Oba Solomon Olagoke Oyeyode.
During a visit to the monarch, businessman and Chief Executive Officer of Top One Gardens, Ibadan, Chief Solomon Ojedayo spoke of the plans and also advised the indigenes to work together to achieve the aims of providing the town with the needed socio-economic activities, youth empowerment, establishment of cottage industries, health centres, potable water and many others.
Present at the meeting were other prominent Oko indigenes like Chief Oyebanji Fafioye, Abayomi Oluwole, Kehinde Adekambi, Moses Oloyede, Idris Musibau and Olufemi Oladejo who all revealed that the installation would be a week-long activities and a celebration that would unite all other sons and daughters of the town.
