“One of the boreholes is located at Amachalla and this is the second time the ‘sumo’ is having problems and I asked the attendant to take the ‘sumo’ to where it would be repaired.
“The technician told us that the ‘sumo’ have been badly damaged so we went and bought a new one and it has been replaced and it is functioning as we talk now.
“When this reporter visited the Amachalla village people were seen fetching water from the boreholes while the attendant supervised activities.”
The attendant, Mr Goodwin Nworji who also spoke with Tribune Online: “Since the borehole was Commissioned I have been in charge here taking care of the project.
