Persistent waist pain

Published by

Two weeks ago, after a night of heavy dancing at a friend’s birthday party, I developed waist pain.  Since then, I have applied several types of balms, and taken many pain killers without any improvement. Kindly tell me what to do. I am just 60 years of age.

At 60, you will need to avoid putting too much pressure on your waist either through dancing or other active activities. Even though you may still feel young, the truth is that your body is already ageing. At this moment, I will suggest an x-ray of the waist in order to confirm that all is well with your bones and ligaments. If the X Ray comes out normal, sleeping on a hard surface could go a long way in resolving the pain.
