The Ogun State government has given approval to Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited for investors looking to commence their projects in its Pelican Brief Estate in Kobape area of Abeokuta, the state capital.
According to Pelican’s Director of Operations, Olumide Akintomide, a set of seven building approvals were given to the firm by the Ogun State Bureau of Urban Planning and Physical Development.
It was gathered that over 900 Nigerians in diaspora have subscribed to the Pelican Brief Estate project, with over 150 building construction ongoing in the estate and over 15 building projects at various completion stages. It was also learnt that 10 landlords have already moved into the estate.
According to Akintomide, those whose projects were approved by the state government are Mr Sokale A O; Mr O O Fajimi; Mr Olaleye Gbolahan; Mr Rolan Alade; joint project by Mr Gideon Omagbemi and Mrs N Okpa; Mr A T Oyeyinka while Mrs Chika Vivian got approval of a proposed farm development at the Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate.
Akintomide congratulated the investors and pledged that the firm will leverage on its good legacy and will not deviate from the integrity that the company has been known for.
