The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced the postponement of the Party’s Zonal Congress in the North Central, South South, and South West zones, earlier scheduled for Saturday, 12 April 2025.
The postponement, according to a statement by Hon. Debo Ologunagba, National Publicity Secretary, is necessitated by the need to show solidarity with the Governor and people of Plateau State over the recent killings in the state, as well as to enable state governors in the affected zones to attend and fully participate in the PDP Governors’ Forum meeting scheduled to hold in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Sunday, 13 April and Monday, 14 April 2025.
