THE Institute of Personality Development and Customer Relationship Management (IPDCRM) has inducted 12 business leaders to enhance mutual benefit, human capacity and national development.
The induction was held during the 2021 Corporate Charisma Conference and Award of the Institute, recently with the theme “Personality development and personal relationship management: a road map to unleashing greatness in corporate leaders and engendering organisational sustainability”.
Speaking at the event, Professor Chuck Gracia noted that the annual award is a tradition, albeit, a statutory capacity development programme.
Professor Gracia explained that the conference is meant to explore globalisation and cross-cultural diversity, personality and brand management, dynamics of customer-focused selling strategic options in quality service, charismatic and transformational leadership.
He further added that the 2021 corporate conference is poised to intellectually dissect cutting edge issues in the areas of personality dimensions and customer service mentality as key success factors in organisational development.
Speaking with Nigerian Tribune, one of the inducted business leaders and founder, Precix Consulting, Dr Akande Kazeem, explained that the award will encourage him to do more in the course of delivering service to his customers.
