Pastor Sarah Olubi-Johnson receives Outstanding Global Education Leadership, Mentorship award at ISAF 2025

Pastor (Dr) Sarah Olubi-Johnson, a distinguished educator, entrepreneur, and cleric, has been honoured with the Outstanding Global Education Leadership and Mentorship Award at the International Education Conference, ISAF 2025.

The host and Partnership Director, Lady Tolu Eledan, emphasised that this special recognition for Pastor (Dr) Sarah Olubi-Johnson was due to her extraordinary work in Oyo State and beyond in the fields of education and mentorship for younger generations.

“Her exceptional success as an educationist and astute businesswoman has earned her multiple accolades, with the latest being the Global Education Award at ISAF 2025, reinforcing her status as a visionary leader in education,” she added.

Eledan stated that the prestigious award was a testament to Dr Olubi-Johnson’s outstanding leadership, accomplishments, and dedication to advancing education on a global scale, leaving a lasting impact on future generations.

“Dr Sarah Olubi-Johnson and her husband, Pastor Olubi Johnson, are invaluable assets to our country. Having founded Lifeforte International High and Junior Schools in 1990, she continues to serve as the CEO and vice-chairman of the Board of Trustees of the school.

“She is also the CEO and Managing Director of Biscordint Travels and Lifeforte Holdings and Investments. Additionally, she serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for Elyon Koinonia Estate Developers Limited and the Living Mercy Voice Foundation— a charity organization established by Scripture Pasture Christian Centre, as well as the Lifeforte Scholarship Foundation.

“With over 30 years of experience in education, business, and management, she has significantly contributed to enhancing educational opportunities for children in Africa and beyond. Under her visionary leadership, Lifeforte has expanded into one of Africa’s leading private institutions, offering Nigerian, British, and American curricula. The school is recognized internationally and is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), which serves as a testament to its commitment to educational excellence,” she added.

The conference organizer also highlighted that Dr Olubi-Johnson was awarded not only for her remarkable contributions to education but also for her dedication to mentorship and youth empowerment.

“With a deep-rooted passion for promoting social development and nation-building, she tirelessly works to provide a blueprint for education across Africa, encouraging both private institutions and government agencies to strive for higher educational standards,” Eledan noted.

The awardee, who is also a pastor at Scripture Pasture Christian Centre, combines faith with service, inspiring many to pursue excellence in all areas of life, was accompanied by her husband, Pastor (Dr) Olubi-Johnson, and her family to receive this prestigious award, making it a special moment as they celebrated her outstanding achievements amidst cheers.

In her remarks upon receiving the award, Dr Sarah Olubi-Johnson expressed gratitude to the organisers for the honour bestowed on her while she noted that the award would motivate her to achieve even more.

“We must realise that a nation is its people – I am Nigeria, you are Nigeria, we are Nigeria. Therefore, we must choose to be different so Nigeria can become a land of hope, a land where dreams and opportunities are available to every child, regardless of their circumstances at birth, allowing them to aspire and realise their vision to restore Nigeria to a land of greatness and prominence,” she added.
