Emiola said the suspension was done to instil discipline among members of the party, adding that a disciplinary committee set up by the party would investigate the matter in accordance with the provisions of the party’s constitution.
ADC noted with the victory of the governor-elect, Seyi Makinde and commended all the stakeholders in the party including Senator Olufemi Lanlehin and the state assembly members for the sacrifice made for the victory of Makinde.
The ADC stakeholders resolved to fill the positions made vacant by those suspended, just as they resolved to reposition and restructure the party for future elections.
