An aspirant of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the Osun State 2026 governorship election, Dideolu Falobi, has rallied support for the economic reforms of President Bola Tinubu in his bid to return Nigeria to the days of economic glory.
Falobi, who made the appeal when he visited the APC state secretariat in Osogbo at the weekend, said the President inherited a completely rundown country that will take some time to fix.
He noted that it is almost at the turning point and assured that in no distance time, normalcy will be restored.
“There’s something I want to emphasise here; there’s a state and national lack of understanding of how well President Bola Tinubu has gone. It is unbelievable in two to one or one and half years, he has done marvelously well and thank God, the result will begin to show.
“A few months like Alhaji Aliko Dangote said, the rate will come down, in a few months, food supply will be better and he is fighting everything with a multi-pronged attacks on all the challenges that we have,” Falobi said.
He also spoke on the chances of APC in next year’s governorship election in Osun, stating: “I’m very positive that APC will win.”
“The All Progressives Congress (APC) is a party that has a structure and has processes, and at the peak of that structure, we have a few individuals and below them, we have an organisation below them, we have in layers like that of people who are critical to the party,” he said.
