There is currently a fresh breath of air in the Association of Juju Musicians (AJUMN) in Ondo State as the two big shots, the association’s governor, Demola Suzi, and the co-coordinator of the Akoko chapter, Taye Thuraya, have finally embraced peace and unity.
The development came about as a result of the meeting organised by concerned stakeholders of the association. A fast-rising juju musician and the Akoko chapter chairman of the association, Oloruntoba Tolu, popularly known as TLove, and Mayokun Akinfe were the leading stakeholders who spearheaded the peace move.
From all indications, the unity meeting was successful as both musicians did not hesitate to embrace peace, while expressing their readiness to fortify the association and take it to an enviable state.
According to TLove, “what we have just experienced in the association is a welcome development as the newly established unity among our great and respected leaders, Demola Suzi and Taye Thuraya will bring about an unlimited development in the association at the local, state, and national level. I am delighted that this development will take the association to greater heights.”
