Senator Sani Musa, the Grand Patron of the National Stability Project and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance has called for peace and dialogue in light of the upcoming national protests.
In a phone interview on Monday, Senator Musa acknowledged the frustrations and concerns driving the call for protest but emphasised the need for peace to prevail. He argued that constructive engagement with the government is the most effective approach to addressing grievances and achieving national stability and prosperity.
He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his dedication to stabilising the nation and tackling its challenges. Senator Musa also praised the Senate leadership, under President Godswill Akpabio, for their efforts in promoting economic growth and ensuring an equitable distribution of democracy’s benefits.
The senator appealed to Nigerians to support the government’s initiatives and work together towards a harmonious and prosperous nation. He stressed the importance of avoiding actions that could undermine collective progress and instead focusing on meaningful dialogue to resolve the country’s issues.
