My recurrent sore throat

I am always having sore throat. Please, what can be the cause of this and how do I manage it? I am a 30- year old civil servant.

Allergies to environmental factors, such as pollen, dust mites, or animal dander, can also cause recurrent sore throat.Acid reflux: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) can cause stomach acid to flow back into the throat, leading to inflammation and soreness. Smoking or exposure to second hand smoke: Smoking or exposure to second hand smoke can irritate the throat and cause recurrent soreness. Dry air: Breathing dry air, particularly during the winter months, can cause the throat to become dry and irritated. Tonsil stones: Tonsil stones, which are small, hard masses that form in the tonsils, can cause recurrent sore throat and bad breath. Having said this, it is important to speak with your doctor to determine the underlying cause and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Depending on the cause, treatment options may include antibiotics, antihistamines, acid-reducing medications, or lifestyle modifications such as quitting smoking or using a humidifier.
