Bad Boys For Life: This is an upcoming American buddy cop action comedy film directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fariah, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Will Smith and starring Smith and Martin Lawrence. Bad boys for life is a sequel to Bad Boys (1995) and Bad Boys II (2003). The film follows detectives Lowrey and Burnett reuniting once again when a Romanian mob boss exacts revenge on the duo just as they are about to officially retire. It will hit the screens on January 17, 2020.
Wonder Woman 1984: This is an upcoming American Superhero film based on the DC Comics character, Wonder Woman. It is a sequel to Wonder Woman (2017) and it is directed by Patty Jenkins. It stars Gal Gadot, Robin Wright, Chris Pine among others. It will be the second full-length feature film centered around the character. The film which follows Diana as she faces Maxwell Lord and Cheetah in 1984 will be released on June 5, 2020.
A Quiet Place: Part II: Horror movie lovers, get in here. Sequel to A Quiet Place (2018), the movie is written and directed by John Krasinki. It stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe. The movie tells the story of the Abbott family, who following the deadly events at home, must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Paramount pictures plans to release the movie in theatres on March 20, 2020.
Black Widow: An upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, Black Widow is intended to be the 24th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Cate Shortland and stars Scarlett Johansson alongside O-T Fagbenle and David Harbour. It is set after the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016) and sees Romanoff on the run and forced to confront her past. Release date is May 1, 2020.
The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run: This is a computer-animated comedy film based on the animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants. It is the first SpongeBob SquarePants movie to be fully animated in Real 3D instead of the regular traditional 2D animation. To be released May 22, 2020.
Money Heist (La Casa De Papel): This is the series that ended on a cliff hanger, the one that has everyone guessing who will die or what is going to happen next. La Casa De Papel, also known as Money Heist tells the story of a criminal mastermind, named “The Professor”, who pulled off the biggest heist ever recorded. It is one of the most watched shows on Netflix, and it had its previous season in July 2019. The fourth season is expected this April.
Coming 2 America: In this sequel to Coming to America (1988), the movie stars Eddie Murphy, Arsenion Hall, John Amos and Tracy Morgan. Here, Akeem learns he has a long-lost son in the United States and must return to America to meet the unlikely heir to the throne of Zamunda. It is set to be released on December 18, 2020.
Fast and Furious 9: The film has gained more than $5 billion in box office receipts since the release of the first Fast and Furious in 2001. It will feature Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and others from the previous cast. It is a sequel to 2017’s The Fate of the Furious. The release date is May 22, 2020.
