Kobape’s seamless link to Lagos, Ibadan, plus for Ecostay Apartments’ investors —Don

A Canada-based Nigerian professor, Oluwole Akinremi, has described Pelican Ecostay Apartments’ strategic location in Kobape as a plus for investors because it offers a seamless link to Lagos, Ibadan and other South-Western states.

Professor Akinremi was particularly buoyed that barely three years later, his investment in the Pelican Brief project had more than doubled in value.

Akinremi, an agric professor from the University of Manitoba, a forex expert and farmer, who spent a night at the Ecostay Apartments in the company of his wife, was marvelled at how the setting aligns perfectly with nature to support healthy living.

He said that given the rapid development taking place at the Kabape corridor of Ogun State coupled with access roads and rail system that enhance accessibility and shorten travel time to Lagos, Ibadan or any City in the South-West from Kabape, Ecostay Apartments is the right place to invest in today.

Akinremi said, “We spent a night at the Ecostay Apartments, and I wish it was one week. It is a nice place. I love plants and there are a lot of trees and a lot of plants there, so the air is very fresh. Everything is well landscaped, there are a lot of trees in front of the houses and good surroundings and it is an enjoyable place.

“Ecostay Apartment is just fantastic, all the facilities that we needed were in there. We had TV, air conditioners, and free wifi, and we were able to watch YouTube, movies, and more. It was so excellent.”

He also said that, “I saw a number of factories around there, along Sagamu expressway, and I know a lot is coming to Kobape. When I entered the estate, I saw that all the plots of land had been bought, and the future was very bright, so if you are thinking of investing in the place, don’t waste time.

“The other side is that, I have an estate in Ajah, Badore and I know that from my place to Muritala Muhammad Airport will take me more than two and half hours, but from Kobape, it is an hour 15 minutes at most and from here to Abeokuta is minutes, to Ibadan is one hour, so you are very close to everywhere from this place.

“I can see that from here to Lagos State and Oyo State that the road is very good, Sagamu-Abeokuta expressway is excellent and Lagos-Ibadan expressway is also excellent, so from here you can get to anywhere. I know that very soon, we are going to start to develop our project so as to join people who are already here.”

Also, another US-based Pelican Brief subscriber, Mr Babatunde Abdullahi, who had spent about three months in the Pelican’s Ecostay Apartment, described his experience as the best since he has been visiting Nigeria.

Mr Abdullahi initially booked a one-week stay at the apartment but extended his stay by over two months.

“I literally visited Lagos almost every other day while I was staying in the Pelican’s Ecostay Apartment, and my trips were so seamless, even to Abeokuta and environs. The Pelican environment is also what anyone who had laboured overseas would wish to retire to and enjoy life while it lasts. It’s a modest comfort at its peak. It’s truly where nature meets luxury,” Mr Abdullah submitted.
