Edo State-born rap entertainer, Uwagboe Gabriel, has said that cleanliness contributes mainly to our better living, and should not be treated with levity.
The artist handed down the advice, when a team of environmental specialists paid him a visit in his home.
He said, the monthly sanitation government declared, should be taken advantage of, and keep our environments clean.
According to him, people should learn to cherish a clean environment. It is not rocket science to live a clean life.
Once you develop the right mental attitude to living, you will appreciate that cleanliness like it is said, is next to godliness.
People should also contribute to making their lives better. The government cannot be responsible for everything, he said.
On his music career, he said he ventured into singing as that is a way he believes he could positively influence the world, especially the youthful generation.
He, thereby, advised the youths to invest on the initiative, be creative and contribute their quota to the development of their fatherland.
