The empowerment program which cut across youths, men and women from her constituency irrespective of party affiliations was held at her constituency office Oguta road Onitsha, Anambra state.
The empowerment items include two cars, gas cookers, ovens, deep freezer, grinding engines and grinders, dryers, hair washing basins, barbing kits, health kits, sewing machines among others, while two hundred and one people received cash empowerment of one hundred, fifty and thirty thousand naira respectively.
Addressing the gathering, the donor Hon. Beverly Nkemdiche Ikpeazu said that the empowerment was to assist the people, adding that she has been doing it before now and would sustain the tempo and disclosed that the empowerment items were worth over eighty million naira.
Hon. Ikpeazu who stated that she is towing the path of Governor Willie Obiano and his wife, in helping people, added that the empowerment program is meant for the constituents to improve their lives, urging them to make good use of the opportunity.

In their separate speeches, the National Organising Secretary All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Chief Mike Kwentor, and the Zonal Chairman APGA Anambra North Senatorial zone Chief Chinedu Nnatuanya commended Hon. Ikpeazu for carrying the people of her constituency along.
The Transition Committee Chairman for Onitsha South, Hon. Emeka Asoanya and the Chairman Odoakpu Land Lords Association, Chief Anthony Ndubizu maintained that Hon. Nkemdiche Ikpeazu has been given the people quality representation, urging her to keep the tempo.
