A business Support Solutions Company, which was formerly Integrated Corporate Services Limited (ICS Limited) has unveiled its new name as Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) Outsourcing (Nigeria) Limited and the new logo of its company.
The Managing Director of the company, Mr Peter Akindeju, made this known to journalists at a briefing recently held in Lagos.
The Managing Director said that the company embarked upon the change of the company’s name and logo because of its desire to prolong and extends its existence, picking a cue from the eagle’s habit of rebirthing and renewing itself.
“The eagle is reputed to be in the habit of rebirthing and renewing itself from time to time, this it does in order to prolong and extend its existence; it re-grows its feathers and talons in order to be able to fly high and catch its floods.
“There is a lesson in that for every organisation and business entity, it is important to renew or rebrand ourselves from time to time in order to remain relevant and valuable to our customers,” he said.

Mr. Akindeju added that the deliberate need to clear every doubting Thomases of who they are and what they represent also necessitated the change of the name and logo.
“Secondly, the time is ripe for us to deliberately distinguish ourselves from the pack. As we move into the future, it is important for us to clear every possible doubt about who we are and what we represent.
He, however, stated that the company still holds firmly to its core values despite that the new brand depicts a new contemporary.
“The values have seen us through the last 24 years and we intend to continue to stay true to them. However, we are by this event positioning ourselves in the future. Speaking also, Head, Emerging Business, Mr Patrick Ovuche expressed optimism that the rebranding exercise will strengthen the company’s position in the outsourcing industry.
“It is noteworthy to mention that this is the first major rebranding exercise done by the company in the last 24 years of operations and we are very optimistic that this will go a long way in strengthening our position as a leader in the outsourcing industry.
“It is not just about unveiling a new logo or change of name but also reflects a renewed commitment to continue evolving and adding immense value to our clients and it is also important for business leaders and decision makers to understand the significance of outsourcing,” he stated.
