The Niger Delta Volunteers (NDV) have commended Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) for its contributions to the growth of Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
According to NDV, PINL has consistently safeguarded critical oil and gas facilities in the Niger Delta while ensuring sustained peace in the region.
Speaking at a quarterly press conference, the group highlighted PINL’s commitment to workers’ welfare, particularly through policies such as prompt and regular salary payments.
The NDV Convener, Comrade Akpobome Francis, noted that PINL operates in line with government regulations and international best practices.

He also praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for increasing crude oil production by 800,000 barrels per day in just 18 months, surpassing OPEC targets for the first time in four years.
According to Francis, this milestone marks the beginning of prosperity for both the oil and gas industry and the country as a whole.
He further stated that PINL has demonstrated prudent resource management, ensuring stability in the oil and gas sector with minimal resources.
Additionally, the company has fostered inclusive oil and gas activities, strengthening relationships with host communities and reducing oil bunkering and vandalism.
