I am pregnant for the first time. Kindly let me know if there are any food that I must avoid.

Although there is really no need to change your diet because of pregnancy, it is good to avoid consuming anything that can cause allergies or sudden change of metabolism and mood. These include smoked bush meat, cheese, alcohol and smoking of cigarettes or shisha. You should also limit your intake of herbal teas, caffeinated drinks, and other exotic dietary items.
