Firm recognises, celebrates long-serving employees

Nigerdock recently honoured several employees for their outstanding dedication and commitment during a long service award ceremony.

Speaking at the event, Nigerdock’s Chief Executive Officer, Maher Jarmakani, expressed pride in the honourees, saying, “We are proud to celebrate the dedication and commitment of our employees who have achieved significant milestones, ranging from 10 to 25 years of service.

“Their professional contributions have been instrumental to the company’s success, and we look forward to celebrating even greater achievements together.”

Adding her voice, Nigerdock’s Head of Human Resources, Lydia Iyoha, stated: “The longevity and loyalty of our employees are a testament to our consistent culture of recognition. They are integral to our success, bringing deep industry knowledge and benefiting from our transformative learning and development programs, which have helped maintain Nigerdock’s leadership in the sector.”

The recognised employees, drawn from Nigerdock’s shipyard, free zone, and corporate divisions, reflect the company’s diverse and multi-talented workforce.

With legacy operations spanning decades and ongoing infrastructure projects, Nigerdock continues to play a pivotal role in Nigeria’s industrialisation.
