VOICE, Data and Telephony (VDT) Communications has lamented over poor quality data networks, customer service and support service in the market.
While addressing this issue in Lagos, The Managing Director of the company, Mr Abiodun Omoniyi said that these problems can be fixed through a retail data network.
He assured that the retail broadband service space will witness the same premium quality service for homes and individual subscribers in Nigeria.
“Despite the existence of other players in the market, the decision to launch VDT 4G LTE Service is owing to the gaps existing in the market.

“Caused by poor quality networks, customer service and support service inherent in the market.
“VDT 4G LTE Advance has come to fill these yawning gaps with superior network quality, top-notch network performance and proactive customer and support services.”
The Principal noted that the successful acquisition of a broad channel 2.3 GHz Spectrum from the Federal Government through its consortium, Bitflux communications gives room for the effectiveness.
He pointed out that VDT LTE is leveraging on the Bitflux network it painstakingly and deliberately built from the scratch to provide premium quality 4G broadband experience in the country.
