Nigerian comedian and content creator, Adesokan Adedeji Emmanuel, popularly known as Shank Comics, has emerged as the $10,000 (approximately ₦16 million) winner at Kai Cenat’s Streamer University bootcamp.
The three-day event, held at Akron University and hosted by popular American streamer and YouTuber Kai Cenat, brought together emerging content creators for mentorship, networking, and surprise giveaways.
Shank Comics was randomly selected as the recipient of the cash prize, which was sponsored by fellow American YouTuber and philanthropist, Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast.
The winner was determined by a sticky note placed under one of the attendees’ chairs — which turned out to be Shank’s.
A video capturing the moment Kai Cenat handed Shank the $10,000 prize has since gone viral on social media, sparking congratulatory messages and excitement among fans and Nigerian netizens.
