A cleric has enjoined Christians and everyone on the need to be to steadfast, lead a righteous life as well as be mindful of the second coming of Jesus Christ.
Director of Evangelism and Children Service of the West African Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist, Pastor Babatunde Aina, gave this admonition at the grand finale of a week-long evangelical crusade organised by the Airport District of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Adegbayi, Ibadan, Oyo State, noting that the happenings around the country and the world at large were signs of the end time and second coming of Jesus Christ.
“It is no news that the things that are recorded to happen before the advent of Christ have almost completely happened. The last sign is the preaching of the gospel to all nooks and crannies of the world and by the technological advancement, nearly all the world must hear about the gospel through radio, television and other network devices which go into the remote parts of the world,” he said.
He, however, charged Christians to live a Godfearing life and ensure not be caught unaware of the rapture.
