Chronic smoking and my health

I recently stopped smoking after years of smoking cigarettes on a daily basis. I want to know if I can still have good health.

This will depend on the degree of the smoking you did as well as your own state of health. Generally, once a person stops smoking for a certain number of years, the risk of any complication goes down.
