Bala Muhammad said, “We have asked the electorates to bear with us in the course of governance, we have since paid salaries as we promised for this month and we will sustain it (Insha Allah), and we have also paid pensioners and have come up with a very robust and articulated cash flow arrangement which will recognise vantage position of labour so that we would be paying workers as at when due and then reduce poverty from that.”

He however assured that cleanliness has captured his attention, and promised to make Bauchi clean, through the enrollment of youth and other stakeholders, traditional institutions, to come alongside with him to partake in the cleaning exercise.
