Bankole, Aregbesola, Omisore others make 61-member APC Contact/Strategy Committee

• Team to be inaugurated Tuesday

The All Progressives Congress Caretaker/Extra Ordinary Convention Planning Committee will on Tuesday inaugurate a 61-member Contact/Strategy Committee for the party.

A statement signed by the National Secretary of the CECPC, Senator John James Akpanudoehede, said the team is being put in place as “part of ongoing efforts by the CECPC to rebuild and reposition our great party.”

The statement further disclosed that Jigawa State governor, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar as Chairman of the Committee while Dr. Ikechi Emenike will serve as Secretary.

Amongst members of the Contact/Strategy Committee are former Speaker House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole, a former governorship aspirant on the platform of Social Democratic Party, Senator Iyiola Omisore, former Osun State governor and current Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola.
