Members of the forum of President Muhammadu Buhari Support Organisation (BSO) on Thursday endorsed the Deputy Director General (Coordination) of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Architect Waziri Bulama for the position of National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
It announced the endorsement at the end of its meeting in Abuja, with all the state coordinators in attendance.
The office became vacant following the exit of its former occupant, Alhaji Mai Mala Buni who won the governorship election in Yobe State.
The position is zoned to North East states made up of Yobe, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Adamawa and the Bauchi States.

Incidentally, Architect Bulama who is from Borno State has been endorsed by his state governor, Professor Bagana Zulumu and some other APC stakeholders from the North East zone.
The Forum of State Coordinators of Buhari Support Organisations (BSO), in a communiqué at the end of the meeting resolved to continue to support President Buhari and the policies that would promote APC as a party.
The BSO Forum National Chairman, Dr Mammud Abubakar spoke in glowing terms of the sterling qualities of Architect Bulama and all the Coordinators adopted him as the sole candidate of the group.
The statement reads in part: “The meeting deliberated extensively on how to ensure a successful future for the organization with continued and unalloyed support/loyalty for the President and the APC government.
“One of the fundamental decisions adopted at the meeting was to support wholeheartedly the aspiration of Architect Waziri Bulama as the National Secretary of the APC.”
The BSO is an arm of President Buhari campaign structures established in all the 774 local government areas of the country.
