Adekunle Gold’s Before You Wake Up rekindles love

Adekunle Gold is back with another sound that will get his fans talking again. This time, the singer, knowing what his fans want, paints a dreamy picture of a fantastic morning created by an eager of love.

For weeks, Gold, who got married to his long time lover, Simi in a private wedding some weeks back has returned to the studio to bless the listening pleasure of his fans with what he called Before You Wake Up.

The new song is Gold’s first single since he got married and one could tell from the lyrics and picture portrayed in the song that the Pick Up the Call crooner painted a picture of a new day as he plans to thrill his woman with Before You Wake Up surprises.

With breakfast in bed and sunlight streaming through the room by the waterfront on a far away Island, Gold’s new song depicts a woman who is blown away by enormous loves from his husband.

From waking up to the gentle strums strings of the guitar to the soothing voice of one’s lover, Adekunle Gold aptly captures the beauty of early morning love.

The new song was produced by SESS and has been enjoying airplay across since its release.
