Toxicity is a bad trait that can make people avoid you completely. You might think that what you possess is high esteem, not knowing that you’re very destructive; your actions hurt others.
Are you toxic because of your past? Negative experiences while growing up can make someone bitter or traumatised, but you can stop and work on yourself. These are signs that show you’re very toxic:
You love and enjoy overriding others to make yourself feel better. You don’t tolerate explanation and consideration; your command must always prevail. Anyone who tries to curb you gets bullied.
It is very toxic to always feel everyone must be beneath you and seek your approval before making a decision. You’re not the head of a company, team, or organization, but you behave as you cater to everyone; hence, they must bow.
You know how to turn events around to benefit you. You’re good at twisting people’s words and actions while pretending. At the same time, you have no idea of the actual situation. Not just these, you’re very good at emotional blackmail — this can be toxic.
You like questioning people’s actions, but for you to be accountable for your actions, you become defensive, arguing what is quite apparent to everyone. Toxic people don’t like to be questioned.
You’ve chosen not to be kind at all. Every chance you get, or you’re approached for help, you prefer to exploit it, disguising it as a genuine favour. You care less about others’ pain as long as it pleases you.
You’re very toxic if all you do is to make people feel bad about themselves. You always have nothing nice to say; you’re all about negativity. All you do is to worsen someone’s life.
