FOUR men were on Tuesday brought before an Ota Magistrates’ Court in Ogun, over alleged threat to life.
The defendants, Yahaya Ajibose, 63; Taofeek Ajayi, 49; Shakiru Lamidi, 55; and Hakeem Falola, 55; whose addresses were not provided, are facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, a threat to life and breach of peace.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Abdulkareem Mustapha told the court that the defendants and others still at large, committed the offences on July 23, at No 2 Amodu Ote St, Off Anglican Road, Ota.
Mustapha alleged that the defendants and their accomplices conspired to conduct themselves in a manner likely to cause a breach of peace by using thugs to chase the Complainant, Isaac Jegede.

Akinyemi also said that the sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and gainfully employed.
The case was adjourned until Aug 26, for further hearing.
