In his quest to carve a niche for himself in the music industry, as well as to step up his game among his peers, the Ogun State-born, precisely, Abeokuta-born-artiste, Jide Odunmbaku, otherwise known as Jay’Oh is ready to roll out his plans for the year.
The talented Hip Hop artistes, who is also vast in other genres of music including Afro pop, reggae, Experimental Rap and R&B, also has passion for musical instruments.
Speaking with R on his plans for 2017, Jay’Oh revealed that the year is full of expectations and resourceful results, adding: “2017 for me, is a great year for everything about me. I have worked and still working earnestly to give my career a facelift. I have started on a good note and I am confident that the game will change in no time. It is a loaded year and plans are ongoing to put necessary things in place.
“I am trusting God to have a major deal from a record label, get as many stage performances as possible; work on the publicity of my brand, and keep promoting my album. I believe God will see me through.”
Jay’Oh’s first demo CD was released 2013, just as he followed it up a with a mixtape album in 2016. The album (EP) is entitled: “Book of S.A.M (Scars & Memories)”. He also noted that his plan to expand his fans’ base with more good music is also in the pipeline.
