Coming on the heels of his new deal with One Culture Entertainment, fast-rising music star, Trepdee has released his much-talked about single, Orire, with a warning that he’s coming to renovate the African music industry.
Trepdee’s profile has been rising in the industry since he broke into the mainstream a few years ago. Having realised his official single featuring Mike, he had worked at RMG records at age 13 in 2011, Trepdee has set his mind on the bigger picture.
In 2012, he worked on a project of singles, which featured Ayoola Adeleke of the HKN family, better known by his stage name Lekside T Smallz under the supervision of T.Baze, kalz beat and Mr Chiddo, producer of Davido’s Ekuro.
Speaking on his new single, Orire, is first song since he joined UK-based One Culture Entertainment, Trepdee, who is currently studying Tourism Management at Redeemer’s University, disclosed that his mission was renovate the African music industry and register his songs on the minds of music lovers across Africa.
His new single, Orire has been enjoying airplay across many radio stations, even as he hinted that more songs and videos would be released before the second quater of the year.
