Whenever I am having sex with a girl, I don’t usually spend up to 30 seconds before ejaculating. Kindly help me out of this problem.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex. However, it seems that most tend to agree that any sexual intercourse lasting less than 2 minutes can be considered premature ejaculation. Factors such as anxiety, lack of self- esteem as well as stress and in some cases some underlying ailments could be the cause of Premature Ejaculation. An estimated 30% of men suffer from premature ejaculation (PE) at some point in their life, which can cause significant distress. From the above-named factors, it has been confirmed that stress plays a big role. Therefore, your best bet will be to try and calm down during sex. For those who find it difficult to do this, behavioural techniques such as the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique can be used. Other treatment techniques are sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or oral tablet) to delay arousal and ejaculation.
