Hillcity organises fifth award\prize-giving day

The Chairman/Proprietor, Hillcity College, Tanke, Ilorin, Reverend Ebenezer Olawuyi has said that if Africa must be free from her present epidemic of corruption and oppression, leadership development programmes must be consciously included in the schools’ curriculum.

He stated this at the third graduation and fifth award/ prize-giving day of the school, which took place at Graceland auditorium, IIorin, recently.

According to him; ‘our experience in Hillcity shows that children can imbibe the leadership attitude from the primary level. Wisdom and leadership studies is a key subject in Hillcity College curriculum. Our vision is to raise young hearts who will not only excel academically, but who will lead and influence godly and positive change.”

He appreciated all the benefactors of the Christian Mission School and especially those who endowed awards and prizes to pupils and students, who excelled academically and morally.
