The board of Diamond Bank Plc will meet in Lagos on Thursday, March 9 to consider and approve the group’s audited financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2016, along with the agenda items, the company has announced
The bank’s notice which was signed by the Company Secretary, Nkechi Nwosu, also said its closed period had commenced from February 22, 2017 to March 3, 2017 (both days inclusive) as required under rule 17.2 of the amendment to listing rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
“Accordingly, no director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of the company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the share of the company in any way during the closed period,” the bank said.
