All the accused, whose residential addresses were not given, however, pleaded not guilty.

The incident occurred in September at 16, Mary Oyogbo Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

The police accused  Inyada of stealing a gold wedding ring and a gold bracelet, both valued at N1.4m, from one Mrs Uyi Ntono.
